**Malak Regency Hotel Online Check-In Terms & Conditions** Welcome to Malak Regency Hotel's online check-in module. By using this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. **Accuracy of Information**: It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided during the online check-in process is accurate and up to date. Malak Regency Hotel will not be held liable for any consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you. 2. **Confirmation**: Completion of the online check-in process does not guarantee a room reservation. Your reservation is subject to availability and confirmation by Malak Regency Hotel received upon making a reservation. 3. **Payment**: Any outstanding payments must be settled prior to or upon arrival at the hotel. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation. 4. **Check-In and Check-Out Times**: Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. 5. **Cancellation and Modification**: Cancellation or modification of your reservation must be done in accordance with Malak Regency Hotel's cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe may result in a penalty charge. 6. **Personal Data**: By using the online check-in module, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with Malak Regency Hotel's privacy policy. 7. **Liability**: Malak Regency Hotel shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from the use of the online check-in module, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the hotel. 8. **Governing Law**: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sarajevo.
